  • We always start off with an introductory call or virtual meeting to discuss your needs. Based on the conversation, we will next develop an electronic proposal for your review and agree upon an ideal implementation timeline. Based on your business needs and our consultant’s availability, we aim to effectively collaborate. The timeline can range from immediately upon contract execution to 30+ days advance.

  • Unfortunately, no. Many of our clients enjoy working with our Human Resources Consultants so much that they have inquired about hiring them. Our HR Consultants are Blackwell HR employees and typically provide services to several of our clients at one time.
