What is EmployeeVoice™?

Building a culture of trust and honesty is fundamental to any workforce, which starts with communication. EmployeeVoice™ is a web-based and telephone hotline reporting system that creates an alternate avenue for employees to voice their concerns to a third party, with the option of maintaining anonymity.

Why is EmployeeVoice™ important?

Concerns of any kind are difficult to receive regardless of open-door practices and procedures. EmployeeVoice™ assists with not only receiving employee concerns, but also documenting and investigating as necessary - important steps to help mitigate risk and develop best practices.

How do we follow up?

Once a report has been submitted and received, the Blackwell HR team will immediately begin our response. The contents of the call or report will be documented and an identified business partner (i.e., HR, CEO, Office Manager, etc.) from your organization will be contacted to review the report. At that time, our team will provide recommendations to assist with your company’s response to the report.

What are Eligible Things to Report?

The EmployeeVoice™ process will monitor for compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures by acting as a safety net for concerns. Examples of reportable items could include but are not limited to:
