Ashley Barton, SHRM-CP
Ashley Barton is a strategic Human Resource professional with experience supporting a variety of organizations ranging from a midsized nonprofit to a Fortune 100. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, internal communications, employee relations, HRIS systems administration, data analytics and HR operations.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of strategic direction and resourceful nature, Ashley is passionate about aligning HR initiatives with broader client objectives. Her complimentary experience in marketing and design uniquely positions her as an expert in building employer brands and crafting internal communications.
Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Millikin University and is a member of the national and Delaware Society for Human Resource Management organizations. She currently lives in Lincoln University, PA with her husband and two children. When not working, Ashley loves to travel, read, cook, and catch up on pop culture news.
