Kim Bentz is a senior People & Culture leader and Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience guiding HR functions across a diverse range of organizations, both nationally and internationally. Her expertise spans HR strategy, employee relations, total rewards, learning and development, performance management, engagement, and executive coaching.
With an empathetic spirit and a people-focused yet business-driven approach, Kim blends data-informed strategies with human-centered leadership to deliver measurable results. She excels in high-growth, mid-sized organizations where leadership teams rely on a trusted advisor to navigate complexity, scale talent effectively, and embed strong, sustainable ways of working.
Kim earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Human Resources concentration from The College of New Jersey, where she also completed her HR certification. She resides in Downingtown, Pennsylvania with her husband and son. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, attending live sporting events, cooking, and embracing life as a soccer mom.
