Lindsey Hughes
Lindsey has over 8 years of experience working in Human Resources and Recruiting. She has experience in employee relations, leaves of absences, workers comp, benefits administration, compliance and talent acquisition. She is looking forward to building relationships and adding value to the Blackwell HR clients that she partners with.
Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership from the University of Delaware.
She lives in Wilmington Delaware with her husband and two children. When not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading mysteries, and getting down to the beach as much as possible.
