Traci Raftovich brings over 15 years of payroll and benefits management experience to Blackwell HR, with a strong background in the non-profit and private school sectors. She is well-versed in a variety of HRIS systems and is passionate about creating exceptional employee engagement experiences.
Traci believes that providing new employees with a thoughtful and effective onboarding process sets the foundation for long-term success. Her approach helps organizations boost productivity and reduce turnover by fostering stronger employee retention from day one.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Neumann University and currently lives in the Southern Delaware beach area with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Traci enjoys relaxing on the beach and boating along the Indian River Bay with family and friends.
