Blackwell HR is thrilled to announce that our CEO, Michelle Ray, is embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure: participating in the 2026 Great World Race - running 7 marathons in 7 days across 7 continents – and she’s taking our values and mission with her every step of the way!

This global challenge is more than about miles; it’s about meaningful impact. 

Over the past decade, Michelle has raised more than $250,000 for nonprofit organizations through endurance running, with a long-standing commitment to the Down Syndrome community. Now, through the Great World Race, she’s taking that commitment even further, and bringing seven incredible nonprofits along for this worldwide journey.

We are inviting current and former nonprofit clients of Blackwell HR, and referrals from our extended network, to apply for the chance to be featured as one of the seven organizations represented on a worldwide stage during this unforgettable global campaign.
