Anika Dzwilewski
Anika Dzwilewski, Senior HR Principal of Blackwell HR Solutions, is a business partner and thought leader that has worked for small to Fortune 500 businesses throughout her 15-year career. Her focused expertise is with performance management, policy implementation, talent acquisition, employee relations, strategic planning and delivering training. Throughout her career, she’s worked in a multitude of industries including finance, non-profit, healthcare, retail, distribution, hospitality and construction. Anika believes that a successful and productive workforce can be achieved by maintaining a strategic outlook, trusting communication, accountability and continued professional growth.
Anika received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware, is a member of the Delaware and national SHRM organizations. She currently resides in her hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, with her husband, James, and three children\and dog Lucy. She is also passionate about her community involvement and holds a position on the Board of Directors at the Siegel JCC. She enjoys tennis and cheering on her children at baseball, softball and swim teams.
