Sharon Webb, PHR
As the Director of Client Services and Strategy, Sharon Webb brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. Drawing on a range of HR experiences and project-work across start-ups, non-profits, private firms, and Fortune 500 companies, Sharon has a deep appreciation for the unique dynamics that shape different workplace cultures.
In her role, Sharon partners closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored HR solutions that reflect each organization’s specific needs. With a passion for helping leaders and employees navigate complex conversations and for guiding teams through HR changes, Sharon approaches each engagement with a sense of curiosity and a strategic mindset.
Sharon lives in Northern Virginia with her family and their pup, Ginny, who occasionally makes surprise appearances on Teams meetings. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, occasional photographer, and proud champion of her kids’ pursuits.
