Sharon has broad exposure to various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition and talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. She believes there is a strong correlation between workforce culture and business excellence and has realized success in implementing programs that redefine the employee experience and lead to positive change in the workplace.
Sharon lives in Leesburg, Virginia, with her husband, two kids, and English bulldogs. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys historical fiction, photography, and is an active supporter of her children’s travel sports teams and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
