Elise Bonagura
Elise Bonagura has over 10 years of human resources and business operations experience. She has extensive, hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation analysis, performance management, payroll, recruiting, compliance, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, and benefits administration. Elise is dedicated to ensuring that her services continue to meet the changing needs of Blackwell HR's clients and their multi-talented and diverse workforce.
Elise earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
When not working, Elise loves spending time with her family, traveling, biking, and binge-watching the Real Housewives.
