Moira McFarlin
Moira joins the Blackwell HR team with 16 years of human resources experience working in the financial services sector, with a passion of cultivating connections and meaningful relationships in her daily interactions. In her role as Community Partnership Manager, Moira will primarily focus on driving sales, lead generation, and program management around Blackwell HR’s HR as a Service (HRaaS) membership model, all while increasing the organization’s community presence, strengthening partnerships, and building new relationships for long-term growth.
Prior to joining Blackwell HR, Moira oversaw enterprise talent strategies and processes, including lifecycle activities around goal setting, talent development, performance management, talent review, executive development and succession planning, career management, and mobility. She served as a utility player and trusted partner, allowing her to shape and influence the company’s approach to talent development, retention, and engagement.
Moira received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Delaware. She lives in Wilmington, DE, with her husband and four children, and serves as the Home and School Association president at her children’s school.
