Moira McFarlin
Moira joins the Blackwell HR team with 16 years of human resources experience working in the financial services sector, with a passion of cultivating talent across the organization. Prior to joining Blackwell HR, Moira oversaw enterprise talent strategies and processes, including lifecycle activities around goal setting, talent development, performance management, talent review, executive development and succession planning, career management and mobility. She served as a utility player and trusted partner allowing her to shape and influence the company’s approach to talent development, retention, and employee engagement.
Transitioning into the consulting & advisory environment is an exciting chapter she was ready to embrace. Moira’s primary area of focus serves in managing Blackwell HR’s HR as a Service (HRaaS) membership model, as well as client and Blackwell HR needs.
Moira received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Delaware. She lives in Wilmington, DE with her husband and four children, and serves as the Home and School Association president at their school.
