Laurie Mitchell
Laurie is a seasoned HR leader with two decades of experience driving operational excellence across various industries to include financial services, contact centers & outsourced services as well as manufacturing and distribution. As an HR leader, Laurie brings expertise in HR strategy, compliance, process optimization, and team development, with a proven ability to lead transformative initiatives in complex environments.
She has successfully built centralized HR functions, implemented systems, and elevated audit and compliance programs across multiple organizations. Laurie is recognized for her collaborative leadership, and passion for streamlining operations through technology, while cultivating inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Laurie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College and holds her SHRM-CP certification. She is a Delaware native and currently resides in Middletown, DE with her husband, son and enormous boxer, Luca. While not working, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music and taking trips to the beach.
