Reese Momorella

Reese Momorella is a driven Psychology major at the University of Delaware with a minor in Business. As a former Division I Field Hockey player now serving as a Student Assistant Coach, she demonstrates leadership, resilience, and a strong commitment to teamwork, qualities she carries into every professional opportunity.

Her interest in human behavior and organizational culture has inspired her to pursue a future in Human Resources and Industrial Organizational Psychology. Through her experience at Blackwell HR, Reese is eager to deepen her understanding of people operations, employee engagement, and workplace development.

Reese is originally from Crozet, Virginia. Reese enjoys spending time with her family, reading, especially the Harry Potter series, and exploring nature.
